Job Description:

Trapeza Capital, a leading financial services company, is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Messenger Guard to join our team. As a Messenger Guard, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading ATMs with cash and maintaining security protocols to ensure the smooth operation of our ATM network.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely transport cash to and from designated locations, following established routes and schedules.
2. Load and unload cash from the armored vehicle into the ATMs at various locations.
3. Ensure accurate counting and recording of cash during loading and unloading processes.
4. Adhere to strict security procedures and protocols to protect cash and maintain a safe working environment.
5. Monitor and report any suspicious activities or incidents during cash loading operations.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash loading equipment and the armored vehicle.
7. Coordinate with ATM technicians and maintenance personnel to address any issues related to the ATMs during loading operations.
8. Maintain accurate records of loaded cash, mileage, and other required documentation.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients and ATM users in a professional manner.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior experience in cash handling, security, or logistics is preferred.
3. Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
4. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in cash counting and recording.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Demonstrated ability to follow strict security procedures and protocols.
8. Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
9. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
10. Strong integrity and reliability in handling cash and maintaining confidentiality.
